Annual General Meeting of 2024–2025 was held on 7th February, 2025.
COVID response work undertaken during COV-1.0 & 2.0 (COVID preparedness emergency services, distribution of COVID Kits, Vocational and Livelihood support for COV survivors and migrants).
Black rice successfully cultivated and promoted by unsung Group Farmers of North East region.
Unsung is the registered trade mark / brand for the livelihood products.
Agribusiness Flying Store launched in collaboration with brand Origano Alma — Himalayan fresh farm produces of high altitude farmers.
Joint initiative for promoting COBU dairy brand in collaboration with business house KINIKH.
'Ace of Initiative Award' and 'Star Performer Award' extended towards achievers and work of excellence for the third consecutive year.
The members have organized a cluster of more than 2655 Bamboo, Ringal and natural fiber weavers and around 550 traditional handloom workers.
Three exchange workshops organised between artisans of North East India, Uttarakhand, Himachal, Nepal, Bhutan and Myanmar.
Sensitization Program on Water, Health, Sanitation, Alternative Energy, Fodder Management, ITK and Indigenous tribe / revival of Dying art etc. in all districts of Uttarakhand.
Empower Society is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The society has been granted tax exemptions under sections 12A and 80G of the Department of Income Tax.
