Livelihood development, vocational training, community capacity building and environmental awareness programmes in Dehradun and across Uttarakhand.

Relief & Assistance Work in 2013 Kedarnath Disaster
Volunteered for victims in Rishikesh camps, participated in disaster relief work in Rudraprayag, collected data of survivors, and distributed disaster relief material and solar lanterns in collaboration with various organizations.

MPEDA Programs
Conducted Awareness Programmes on the "Ornamental Fish Sector" to create awareness among farmers, unemployed youths, and upcoming entrepreneurs about prospects in collaboration with the Marine Product Export Development Authority.

Beggar Kids School
Contributed towards running a Beggar Kids school for children of former snake charmers. Volunteered in teaching, conducted camps on child rights and health, and distributed educational material among 50 children.

Health & Education/Sanitation Camps
Health and Education/Sanitation camps are being run in the Urban Slums, Minority/ST areas and Rural areas to promote well-being and awareness.

Voluntary & Contributory Programs
Sensitization and awareness programs on Gender Role & Equity, Watershed Management, Natural Resource Management, Skill Development, Child rights, and women empowerment. Participated in Community Outreach and advocacy.

Livelihood Programs and Vocational Training
Training programs for SC, ST, and minority groups. Training comprised Tailoring, Embroidery, Patchwork, Zardozi work, Fruit Processing, Carpet weaving, Beautician, and Bamboo and Fiber Value addition work.

Social Engineering and Capacity Building Team
A pool of master trainers and Catalyzers comprising Subject Matter Specialists working towards building up the capacity of the rural community and addressing issues as per requirement.

Disaster Management Work
In partnership with GRASS NGO, visited sites hit by cloud burst calamity to help the community and took up various sensitization programs on the same issue.

Sensitization & Livelihood Value Addition
Value addition of locally available natural resources, traditional skill upgradation, natural resource management, micro-business plan preparation, microfinance, waste management, and agribusiness/eco-tourism.

Training, Sensitization & Social Mobilization
Community Organization, Gender Sensitization, Participatory Rural Appraisal, Alternative Energy usage, Social audit, SHG Formation, Human Rights Advocacy, and Soft Skill Development.

Sustainability and Consolidation
Withdrawal Strategy, Convergence and Forward linkages, Federation Formation, and Community asset Management for long-term sustainability.

Study, Surveys & Inhouse Officers Trainings
Impact Assessment Study for SLEM project, training to Staff of Watershed Project and Forest Officials on various Social and Development Issues, and Case Studies/Report writing.
